Al Fakhr Pomegranate Molasses is a strong concentrate of pomegranate juice. Pomegranate is very rich in antioxidants and vitamins, it is an integral part of the Levantine. Its fruity-sour-sweet molasses is an essential seasoning in the kitchen. There is a relief in pickles (chich taouk, etc.), in vinaigrettes (fattouch, etc.). Molasses is also found locally in the preparation of hot specials such as bamieh (okra, okra), esh elbelbol (puff pastry meat stuffing with pomegranate molasses), or in side dishes such as yalanji (stuffed vegetarian vine leaves) or kebbeh nayyeh.
