Date paste is pressed and drained from water, seedless dates, pasteurized and hermetically sealed. The paste is perfect for desserts, for the bottoms of cakes, bars, as an addition to cocktails. You can also make it popular "power balls" by coating the paste in coconut shavings. It can be used to bake various types of bread and sweet rolls. Perfect as an addition to ice cream, sorbets and sweets.
Yasmine Date Paste is made from Deglet Nour dates that come straight from Tunisia.
